SWAX! Amazon claims big chunk of Emerald Gateway

Amazon has filed a formal plan to occupy 230,131 square feet.

Prologis, and its broker, JLL, continue to make headway at Emerald Gateway, the 62-acre industrial project south of Boeing Field and west of the freeway. At 10300 E. Marginal Way S., on the west side of the project (next to the Duwamish River), Building 4 received its certificate of occupancy in March. There were inklings of leasing activity in May, code name SWAX, and Amazon has now filed a formal plan to occupy those 230,131 square feet.
