Goodman sells 465 Fircrest units for almost $84M

Goodman had owned the Lodge at Madrona Ridge for over two decades.

The Lodge at Madrona Ridge, at 3202 S. Mason Ave. and related Pierce County addresses, sold this week for just under $83.8 million, according to Pierce County records.
