SEATTLE — Unico Properties retains a minority stake in Pioneer Square's iconic Grand Central Block, which generally goes by 200 First Ave. S.
The majority owner since 2019, via an affiliate, is Goldman Sachs. On its behalf, JLL recently put the block to market, as Puget Sound Business Journal reported earlier this week.
