First tenant announced at Bridge Point SeaTac 300

The smaller north Building B spans 138,419 square feet, now apparently filled.

The leasing effort began during construction at the two-building Bridge Point SeaTac 300 industrial project in Des Moines, south of the airport. Bridge Industrial, Poe Construction and architect Nelson saw groundwork begin in 2023. NAI Puget Sound Properties is the broker.
