SEATTLE — Simon Property Group currently has two apartment buildings underway on the east side of its 55-acre Northgate Station, on Fifth Avenue Northeast, dubbed M2 and M3 . Ahead lie two more: M1 to the north, and the south M4 (closer to Thornton Place).
