Belltown hotel sells for over $25M

SEATTLE — The Hotel 5, at 2200 Fifth Ave. in Belltown , sold this week for $25.5 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Dream Legacy PRU SPE LLC, associated with local owner/operator Staypineapple, which acquired the hotel in 2006 for about $8.8 million. Staypineapple is related both to the Diamond Parking family and Columbia West Properties.
