$5M sale for stalled project in Ballard

Work began in early 2020, on the corner of Fifth Avenue Northwest, then halted in late 2023.

SEATTLE — A stalled, unfinished apartment project at 412 N.W. 65th St. sold last week for just under $5 million, according to King County records. The seller was the receiver, in a foreclosure proceeding.
