72 Olympia units trade for over $18M

OLYMPIA — Briggs Village, at 4225 Briggs Drive S.E., sold last week for $18.3 million, according to Thurston County records.

The seller was Glencrest Briggs LLC, which developed the apartments circa 2019. The land sale, a decade earlier, was for about $1 million.
