Perlo and Panattoni prepare to start on big Des Moines industrial project

Completion is anticipated in the fall of next year.

For at least a half dozen years, south of the airport, the Port of Seattle has been planning a west companion project to its Des Moines Creek Business Park. The latter has been completed over the past decade, with several industrial buildings and a few different developers working with the port — sometimes on ground leases. Some buildings were sold after completion.
