25 Bitter Lake units sell for over $6M

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — Two neighboring apartment buildings in the Bitter Lake area sold last week for about $6.3 million, according to King County records.

The sellers were two LLCs associated with Edmonds investors. They acquired the duo in 2012 and 2015 for about $4.5 million.
