$212M available for affordable housing

OLYMPIA — Applications are open now until Oct. 16 for multifamily rental housing projects seeking capital financing from the state Housing Trust Fund (HTF) and the federal HOME and National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF) programs.

Approximately $212 million is available across the two programs.
