BGO buys big building at Fred310, for reported $176M

Building D is fully leased to Kowa Co. and GE Appliances.

The sprawling Fred310 industrial campus near Frederickson, with multiple buildings, is expected to total around 4 million square feet when complete. Panattoni is the developer, with partner Crow Holdings, and Cushman & Wakefield is brokering the space.
