Stockbridge pours nearly $84M into the Maverick, with 229 Burien units

The fairly new Maverick apartments, at 15045 Fifth Ave S.W. in Burien, benefitted from a new infusion of cash this week. King County recorded the $83.9 million deal on Wednesday.
