$20M pledged, but no schedule for 1,400 units at Northgate Station

SHA has been working with SMR Architects to reorganize the land into six blocks (or buildings), to have about 1,400 units.

The outline for what Seattle Housing Authority calls Northgate Commons, to replace its decrepit old 1950s-era Northgate Apartments, has been known for about four years. It'll be a mixed-income development, likely in phases.
