North Queen Anne units find new hands

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — A small apartment building at 645 W. Nickerson St. sold last week for $3.1 million, according to King County records. The seller was Nickerson Nine LLC, a family group that may have developed the building in the 1980s.

The buyer was Nickerson Heights LLC, which is associated with a Michigan investor. Public records indicate a loan from US Bank.
