Portland's Block 216, home to DWT and Ritz-Carlton, goes to lender

Architect GBD calls Block 216 downtown’s largest development in five decades.

Portland's fourth tallest building, the mixed-use Block 216, opened in the late summer of 2023. At 560 S.W. 10th Ave., the 35-story downtown tower boasts retail, a Ritz-Carlton hotel and Ritz-Carlton-branded condos, plus the offices anchored by Davis Wright Tremaine. BPM Real Estate Group was the local developer.
