Bothell buys Aldrich building for $3.7M

BOTHELL — The longtime home to general contractor Aldrich + Associates, at 810 240th St. S.E., sold last week for $3.7 million, according to Snohomish County records.

The seller was 810 - 240th LLC, associated with principals at Aldrich, which acquired the property in 2022 for $2.5 million. (That deal was from the Aldrich family; the firm has been there for decades.)
