Alexandria signs Bothell tenant

BOTHELL — Among its many Bothell properties, Alexandria Real Estate Equities owns the two-building Canyon Pointe. The south building remains home to T-Mobile. The north building, at 22213 30th Drive S.E., was vacated by T-Mobile a while back, with Broderick Group evidently seeking to fill the space.

CoStar reported this week that SystImmune has taken all 87,275 square feet in the three-story north building. The biotech firm is an arm of Sichuan Biokin Pharmaceutical, a Chinese company.
