116 Vancouver units change hands

VANCOUVER, Clark County — Maple Ridge, at 306 N.E. 104th Ave. , sold earlier this month, according to Clark County records.

The sellers were Maple Ridge Apartments LLC and a partner, which acquired the land in 1997 for about $1.7 million — then put up the apartments.
