ACG plans 663 Bel-Red units near station

If realized, the unnamed project would be the largest multifamily development to date near BelRed Station.

In late 2021, as the DJC first reported, Taylor Development paid $33 million for a townhouse development site at 12727 Northup Way in Bellevue. That's about a 12-minute walk northwest from BelRed Station. The 91-unit SpringVue Townhouse proposal has been fairly quiet for the past two years.
