Saratoga nabs next door neighbor

SEATTLE — A Belltown property at 55 Bell St. sold this week for a little over $6.3 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Mountain Blue LLC, which acquired the property in 2016 for $6.7 million. An apartment plan followed, but didn't get very far. It's been dormant for over five years.
