After 136 years, historic Ballard Mill property changes hands

Docks have about 134 slips, accommodating vessels from 18 to 150 feet.

The Ballard Mill Marina, at 4733 Shilshole Ave N.W., sold last week for a little over $9.5 million, according to King County records.
