SEATAC — Olympic Industrial Park, at 19111 Des Moines Memorial Drive, sold last week for almost $16.5 million, according to King County records. The seller was Seattle Olympic Park LLC, which acquired the property in 2018 for about $13 million.
The buyer was BKM Capital Partners, a regular in our market, which also announced the off-market purchase. Brokers weren't named, for a deal worth about $220 per square foot. The over 4-acre property is next door to SeaTac Industrial Park, which BKM acquired in January for $29 million.
