A $7M building sale in Pioneer Square

Completed in 1893, soon after the Great Seattle Fire, the four-story Union Trust Building stands on the corner of Occidental Way South, directly south of the park.

SEATTLE — A vintage Pioneer Square building at 119 S. Main St. sold this week for $7.5 million, according to King County records.
