NAIOPWA to raise glasses in Ballard

Urbanadd Architects and Wilcox Construction handsomely revamped an old Ballard industrial building, which opened last year as the second location for the Wildwood Spirits distillery. (The first is in Bothell.) It also has a tasting room. If you haven't visited, and if you're a NAIOPWA member, there's an occasion to visit on Aug. 14.
