No love for The Lovejoy in Portland

The nine-story building has offices, structured parking, and a two-story Safeway.

In downtown Portland's Pearl District, Unico Properties developed the mixed-use Lovejoy in 2008. The full-block project at 1331 N.W. Lovejoy St. has offices over structured parking over a two-story Safeway. The entire nine-story, 290,000-square-foot project, aka Pearl Safeway, is a condominium. Safeway parent Albertson's owns the lower portion. Another entity owns the parking.
