Shoreline drugstore sells for $5M

SHORELINE — A Walgreens at 14510 Aurora Ave. N. sold this week for not quite $5.1 million, according to King County records.

The seller was DS Shoreline WA Landlord LLC, associated with SunTrust Equity Funding of Atlanta, which acquired the property in 2022 for almost $7.3 million. At the time of the last trade, seller Walgreens was to lease back the property.
