Construction on the six-story 102 Main should wrap by late 2026.

Groundwork and excavation began early this year in Bothell for a 143-unit apartment project dubbed 102 Main.

A local investor, associated with Harbour Homes, acquired a Wells Fargo branch at 10210 Main St. two years ago. Grouparchitect designed the six-story project, which is now being built by Donald B. Murphy Contractors (aka DBM).

The sloping site, on the corner of 102nd Avenue Northeast, is in the downtown area where the city has gradually seen more midrise apartment projects. It's a block north of the Bothell Park & Ride on Highway 522.

Grouparchitect says that amenities will include a lounge, roof deck with dog walk, and energy-efficient appliances.

The architect also notes that the 1968 bank building, which has been demolished, was designed by Omer Mithun — founder of the namesake firm that survives to this day.

Underground and structured parking is included in the plan, with about 156 stalls. Some amount of retail/commercial space is also indicated. No broker has that listed yet.

The 102 Main team also includes Carter Quinn Norlin Structural Engineers; Robinson Engineering, MEP; DR Strong Consulting Engineers, civil; Varley Varley Varley, landscape architect; Cross 2 Design Group, envelope; Waeco, earthworks; and SSA Acoustics.
