Trammell Crow starts big industrial project in Woodland

Completion for the two buildings is anticipated in late 2026, with Sierra as the builder.

Down south in Cowlitz County, about 22 miles up the freeway from Portland, Trammell Crow says it just broke ground on a speculative, 931,186-square-foot industrial project dubbed Woodland Industrial Park. It's to have two buildings, with 655,094 and 276,092 square feet.
