Industrial property sells for $5M

By JOURNAL STAFF

TACOMA — An industrial complex at 2940 S. M St. sold late last month for $5 million, according to Pierce County records. The seller was HWD LLC, which acquired the land in 2000 for $275,000, then developed it.

The buyer was Arrowhead DJM LLC, which is associated with an area investor.
