63 Bremerton units sell for over $13M

By JOURNAL STAFF

BREMERTON — A garden apartment complex at 3280 Pine Road N.E. sold earlier this month for $13.4 million, according to Kitsap County records. The seller was Hamilton Urban Partners, which acquired the property in 2017 for a little over $6 million.

The buyer was the Bremerton Housing Authority, which intends to keep rents affordable to households earning up to 80% of area median income.
