Big Woodinville industrial deal

WOODINVILLE — As the DJC and others reported earlier this month, Terreno then announced its pending $232.6 million purchase of an industrial portfolio. Unnamed was the seller of nine buildings with 720,000 square feet.

King County recorded the deal last week, with the seller of record being BRE Jupiter B East WA Owner LLC. That's an entity of Blackstone's Link Logistics platform — which various reports had tipped as the seller.
