Marina trades for almost $8 million

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — A small marina at 1109 N. Northlake Way sold last week for $7.8 million, according to King County records. The sellers were married Spokane investors who acquired the property in 2016 for $3.5 million.

The buyer was Alexander Marine Enterprises, a yacht brokerage now based on the south end of Lake Union, on Fairview near Duke's Chowder House.
