The midblock site is about a six-minute walk to the station.

A family group has long owned an inconspicuous old Bellevue industrial park at 1817 130th Ave. N.E. Four buildings date to 1985, sitting on a half-acre of land. That's the valuable part, since BelRed Station recently opened to the south, about six minutes by foot.
