Overlooking Eastrail, KG and Runberg plan 190 Wilburton units

Yes, of course there will be windows! This very early rendering, with First in the foreground, looks east at the Westridge project.

On the east side of the freeway in Wilburton, 11661 S.E. First St. is not an address you can easily envision. Google doesn't map it, because the two 1970s-era buildings are gone — razed four years ago. That same year, 2021, KG Investment Properties paid $7.2 million for a pair of old Class B office buildings. Those were swiftly demolished to slab, on the hillside east and above the Lexus dealership on Bellevue's fast-disappearing old Auto Row (aka 116th Avenue Northeast).
