Home to Cutters, Market Place sells for $60M, in first trade since viaduct demo

Developed in 1978, the four- and seven-story buildings have about 131,000 square feet.

The Market Place office complex, at 2001-2003 Western Ave., sold this week for $60.1 million, according to King County records.
