Ryan pays $13M for Greenwood site

SEATTLE — In two related sales this week, Ryan Cos. assembled an apartment development site at 425 N. 85th St. in Greenwood.

Working with architect Carrier Johnson + Culture, Ryan secured a master use permit in April for the 224-unit midrise project.
