Pizza returns to Occidental Square!

The corner restaurant faces west to Occidental Square, with seating outside.

Pizza is an important bellwether of leasing health. When MOD Pizza folded shop in the spring of last year, at 202 Occidental Ave. S. (in the Weyerhaeuser headquarters building), Real Retail was tasked with filling the vacant 4,524 square feet. The pizza oven and other fixtures were left in place.
