Snoqualmie storage sells for $28M

SNOQUALMIE — A self-storage complex at 35501 S.E. Douglas St. sold last week for $28 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Snoqualmie Ridge Storage LLC, which acquired the land in 2006 for a little under $1.2 million, then later developed it.
