Queen Anne units find new owner

SEATTLE — A small apartment building at 1721 Taylor Ave. N. sold last week for a bit over $2.3 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Ardy Enterprises USA Inc., which acquired the property in 2019 for almost $2.2 million.
