Trailside II, with 171 student units, opens at U Village

The entire Trailside project, and its neighbors, benefit from this remade intersection ... which leads east into University Village.

Directly west of University Village, Trailside Phase I and Phase II are now virtually indistinguishable. Phoenix Property Co. opened the first midrise apartment component, with its 265 units, in 2021. Then, immediately to the north, Trailside II broke ground two summers ago at 4907 25th Ave. N.E., with Chinn Construction as the builder.
