In first sale, 243 Shoreline units trade for over $82M

The mostly mass-timber apartments opened in the fall of 2020.

The Postmark, which replaced a Shoreline post office at 17233 15th Ave. N.E. , sold last week for over $82.7 million, according to King County records. The buyer was Postmark Apartments LLC, associated with the local Stephanus family, which recently sold four apartment buildings. Public records indicate a $42 million loan from Nationwide Life and Annuity Insurance.
