Steak-loving locals will take heart that Wedgwood Broiler shows no sign of an imminent closure. The restaurant anchors a small family-owned shopping center, with its vacant former QFC, and there was much community grumbling three years ago when Security Properties filed plans at 8340 35th Ave. N.E. to redevelop.
