Tacoma offices trade at tidy profit

TACOMA — An office building at 1498 Pacific Ave., plus its related structured parking garage, sold last week for a bit under $15.8 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was 1498 Pacific LLC, which acquired the property in 2023 for $6.9 million. (It was then mostly vacant or about to be vacated by the seller, Umpqua Bank.)
