LACEY — In a two-step transaction, a portion of the Lacey Marketplace shopping center at 1200 Marvin Road N.E. recently sold for $21 million, according to Thurston County records. The seller, via an LLC, was First Western Development Services of Edmonds, which acquired the land in 2004 for about $8.6 million, then developed it.
CBRE’s Dino Christophilis and Daniel Tibeau represented the seller. Agree Realty acquired the 93,319-square-foot big box at 1200 Marvin, which is home to Boot Barn, Petco, Ross Dress for Less, Ulta Beauty and other tenants.
