Earlier this year, Gibraltar put the 2,875 square feet up for lease, with the kitchen intact.

Four years ago, at 5130 Ballard Ave N.W., the century-old Chopard Building sold to local investors. It was then fully occupied, with occupants including the seller, Kathy Casey Food Studios.
