Interbay buildings sell for nearly $10M

SEATTLE — An industrial complex at 2600 W. Commodore Way sold this week for $9.8 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Commodore II LLC, associated with Unico Properties, which acquired the property in 2021 for a bit over $11.3 million.
