Mayor proposes $349M for housing

SEATTLE — Mayor Bruce Harrell announced yesterday a $349 million investment toward affordable housing in his proposed budget for 2026.

Harrell also issued an executive order on rental assistance, and shared details of a new effort called the Anti-Displacement and Reparations Housing Fund.
