Tapestry gains more eateries

SEATTLE — Residential leasing at the Tapestry apartments, near Yesler Terrace, began in early 2024, when Trent Development completed that six-story, 268-unit project. But there's also ground-floor commercial space to fill at 104 12th Ave. And this week came a new plan for Lahori Bowls, which plans to serve its spicy South Asian fare on the west (12th) side of the building.

Haller Architects filed the proposal for a local restaurateur. If the plan advances, the new eatery would have about 1,667 square feet.
