First look: Olson Kundig's parkside tower emerges

The current plan stands at 11 residences over six hotel rooms.

Who, today, remembers Bavarian Meats? It sold its Belltown factory in 2017, and moved to Kent. It closed its Pike Place Market shop three years later. But, take heart, you can still find its chewy snacks online and in certain delis. The family-run business is still a going concern.
